In order to login to your PetSmart SSO account, you’ll need to provide both your SSO username and password. If you aren’t sure what your username and/or password is, please answer the questions below to identify them.

Self-Service Help
- To reset your PetSmart SSO password, please first open the login page by clicking here.
- From the login page, click “Need help signing in?”
- Select “Forgot password?”
- In the “Username” text box, enter your PetSmart SSO username – if you do not know your username, answer the questions in the “Sign in Help” section on this page.
- If you have your mobile phone on you, and you previously added your mobile phone number to your account, select “Reset via SMS”.
- You should receive an SMS text message on your phone within 2-3 minutes with further instructions.
- If you do not have your mobile phone and/or did not add a mobile phone number to your account, select “Reset via Email”
- You should receive an email within 2-3 minutes with a link to reset your password. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder and ensure you haven’t blocked email from “@okta.com”
- If you did not add a personal email or mobile phone number to your PetSmart SSO account, you will need to call the Solution Center to reset your password. Once your password has been reset, refer to the “Add a Mobile Phone” and “Add a Personal Email” sections so that you may unlock your account and/or reset your password yourself should you forget it again.

- Select “Unlock Account?”
- In the “Username” text box, enter your PetSmart SSO username – if you do not know your username, answer the questions in the “Sign in Help” section on this page.
- If you have your mobile phone on you, and you previously added your mobile phone number to your account, select “Reset via SMS”.

- To change your security question/answer, first log into your PetSmart SSO account.
- From your user dashboard, click your name in the top right hand corner.
- Select “Settings” from the drop-down.
- On the Settings page, click “Edit” on the Forgotten Password Question section.
- Use the drop-down menu to select a new security question, or leave it the same.
- Enter the answer to your security question – make sure it’s easy for you to remember, but not easy for someone to guess by searching your resume or social media profiles.
- Click “Save” to confirm the update to your security question. Adding or Updating your Mobile Phone Number
- To add or update your mobile phone number, first log into your PetSmart SSO account.
- From your user dashboard, click your name in the top right hand corner.
- Select “Settings” from the drop-down.
- In the Forgot Password Text Message section, click “Add Phone Number” if you are adding a mobile phone number for the first time or “Edit” if you are updating your number.
- In the dialog box that pops up, select your country from the drop down menu.
- Type your mobile phone number in the text box, then hit “Send Code”.
- Within a minute or so, you will receive a text message with a code – enter that code into the box labeled “Enter code” and click the “Verify” button.
- Click “Save” to add the mobile phone number to your account.
- To add or update your personal email, first log into your PetSmart SSO account.
- From your user dashboard, click your name in the top right hand corner.
- Select “Settings” from the drop-down.
- On the Settings page, click “Edit” in the Personal Information section.
- Enter your personal email in the “Secondary email” box. Please make sure you are using an email that only you have access to, and that you can access from a personal device while at work.
- Click “Save” to add the personal email to your account.
